Uses of pulse-height analysis for determining energy distributions of nuclear radiation or for energy-selective measurements are discussed. The radiation detector gives pulses proportional in amplitude to the energy of the radintion. Grey-wedge analysis is considered. Singlechannel analysis and many- channel analysis are described.
