RANGE-ENERGY RELATIONS OF He$sup 3$ CALCULATED FOR SEVERAL ELEMENTS

Technical Report ·
DOI:https://doi.org/10.2172/4075773· OSTI ID:4075773

The range-energy relations and the rate-of-energy losses for He/sup 3/ particles in several elements were computed. The kinetic-energy range covered for the incident particles was from 2.5 to 100 Mev. Range-energy results are also included for CaF/sub 2/, S/sub 1/O/sub 2/, teflon, quartz, and mylar. (auth)
