Analysis of Gallium by Spark Source Mass Spectrometry

Journal Article · · Applied Spectroscopy
A method is described for the analysis of gallium for impurities by spark source mass spectrometry using self supporting gallium electrodes. Results indicate that it is possible to determine impurities with detection limits of the order of 0.01 ppm (atomic) for many elements.
