The FORTRAN program CAESAR, designed for a computer with a 32-k memory, performs various reactor calculations. The program is basically designed for use with a microscopic cross section library, but it is possible to enter macroscopic cross sections in some or all groups and in some or all regions. The finite difference equations are derived; and program options, input, and use are discussed. Sample input and output are included, together with library listings. (D.C.W.)
