STRONTIUM-90 IN HUMAN TEETH
Measurements were made of the Sr/sup 90/ content of 121 teeth collected in 1959. After a number of analytical steps, the final Sr/sup 90/ content was determined by counting carrier-free Y/sup 90/ daughter. A statistical analysis of results indicates that there is a definite inverse correlation between Sr/sup 90/ concentration and age. The results for teeth were compared with those for bone at similar ages. A similar trend was found. (C.H.)
