Plutonium concentrations in water and suspended sediment from the Miami River Watershed, Ohio

Plutonium concentrations were investigated to identify sources and sinks of Pu in the watershed and to determine spatial and temporal variability in concentrations of the different isotopes and the range of $sup 238$Pu : $sup 239$ $sup 240$Pu ratios. Results are reported from 12 sites on the Miami River above and below Mound Laboratory, the local $sup 238$Pu source, as well as at four sites on tributaries of the river. (HLW)
