A NEW METHOD FOR THE STUDY OF ULTRA-SHORT SCINTILLATIONS (in French)

Journal Article · · Compt. rend.
OSTI ID:4059662
A new method for the study of ultra-short scintillations is descbibed. It consists of the determination of the distribution of the moments of photon emssion from the scintillations with respect to an original time defined in a precise fashion. The utilization of photomultiplier 56 AVP permits the application of this method to the study of scintillation form with a time precision of 0.27 ns. (tr-auth)
