The content of abrasion products from the moving parts of an Amsler machine, labeled with Co/sup 60/, was determined in the machine oil from the radioactivity using a scintillation counter. The efficiency of the apparatus is 11% at a gamma -quantum energy of >1 Mev. (Referativnyy Zhurnal, Khimiya, No. 22, 1982)
