INELASTIC SCATTERING OF PHOTONS BY A COULOMB FIELD ACCOMPANIED BY ELECTRON- POSITRON PAIR PRODUCTION (in Russian)

Inelastic photon scattering on a Coulomb field involving electron- positron pair production is analyzed by means of the Weizsacker-Williams method. It is found that scattering into small angles is much greater thanthe correction to the Compton effect on protons due to the proton polarizability. (auth)
