FAST TRANSISTORIZED AMPLIFIER WITH LARGE DYNAMIC RANGE

Journal Article · · Nucl. Instr. Methods
The problem is discussed of building fast transistorized pulse amplifiers with a dynamic range of about 10 v. A prototype circuit is presented exhibiting the following characteristics: voltage gain 10; rise time max 4.5 nsec, min 2.5 nsec; max output pulse--12 v; input and output on coaxial cable; good frequency overloading and good stability against room temperature variations.
