Much of the development work in the past year involved finding solutions to prob1ems in alpha-neutron-gamma facility operations, in reactor operations and components, and in special requirements for research equipment. Techniques for working with and joining new materials presented special fabrication problems. For most development items, a problem is indicated and a summary presented of the procedure, technique, or equipment used to solve the problem. Reference is made to the program or division for whom the development work was accomplished.
