Starting from the Karlsson--Zeiger and the Osborn--Kowalski equations, we derive several sets of noncoupled integral equations for the physical three- particle amplitudes. We also obtain these sets from the Alt--Grassberger-- Sandhas equations. We discuss the specific properties and advantages of these noncoupled equations. (AIP)
