A study was made of interactions of electromagnetic fields with nuclear moments of nuclei emitting gamma rays. Experiments are described on delayed angular correlation showing the role played by statistic quadrupole interaction. Magnetic moments of the second excited state of F/sup 1//sup 9/ were O/sup 1// sup 9/, experiments of angular distributions and angular correlations of gamma rays taking into acount the possibility of perturbations, allow the determination of spins and parities of the three first levels.
