USE OF INTEGRATED COINCIDENCE GAMMA SPECTROMETER FOR ANALYSIS OF COMPLEX DECAY SCHEME (in Russian)

Journal Article · · Pribory i Tekhn. Eksperim.
OSTI ID:4010831
A method for observing the integrated coincidence spectra for low-lying levels of nuclei with complex decay schemes is described. For this purpose a BETA , gamma , SIGMA /sub gamma / -coincidence spectrometer was constructed, where SIGMA /sub gg/ is the sum of the energy of two cascade gamma transitions, gamma is one component of this sum, and BETA is part of the continuous beta spectra. The gamma cascade spectra of levels with SIGMA /sub gamma / approximates 1124 and 170 kev were obtained for mixtures of /sup 152/Eu and /sup 154/Eu (tr-auth)
