The effect of the finite size of the nucleus on the angular distribution of circularly polarized bremsstrahlung radiation emitted by a longitudinally polarized high energy electron is considered. An expression for the angular distribution of external bremsstrahlung is derived by taking into account the mean square radius of the nuclear charge distribution and also the longitudinal spin correlation between the initial electron state and emitted gamma -quantum. A formula is deduced which describes the effect of the finite nuclear size on the angular dependence of the degree of circular polarization of the bremsstrahlung. (auth)
