The results of two SCX measurements performed at LAMPF will be presented {sup 3}He({pi}{sup {+-}}, {pi}{sup 0}) and {sup 3}He({pi}{sup {+-}}, {pi}{sup 0}p). The experimental set up consisted of the LAMPF {pi}{sup 0} spectrometer, an array of {Delta}E-E plastic scintillation counters, and a liquid {sup 3}He target. In the single-arm measurements, doubly differential cross sections were measured at no laboratory angles between 62{degrees} and 128{degrees}. Coincidence measurements were performed at no laboratory angles between 70{degrees} and 120{degrees}. In {sup 3}He({pi}{sup +}, {pi}{sup 0}p), the quasi-free charge exchange process is expected to dominate. In {sup 3}He({pi}{sup -}, {pi}{sup 0}p), at least two nucleons must be involved. These coincidence measurements will be compared with the single-arm measurements to estimate the relative contribution of quasi-free charge exchange and other processes to inclusive pion SCX on {sup 3}He. In addition, comparisons with recent measurements of {pi}{sup {+-}} quasi-elastic scattering on {sup 3}He and DWIA calculations will be shown.
