Forward-Backward Charge Asymmetry of Electron Pairs above the {ital Z}{sup {bold 0}} Pole

We present a measurement of the forward-backward charge asymmetry of the process {bar {ital pp}}{r_arrow}{ital Z}{sup 0}/{gamma}+{ital X}, {ital Z}{sup 0}/{gamma}{r_arrow}{ital e}{sup +}{ital e}{sup {minus}} at {ital M}{sub {ital ee}}{approx_gt}{ital M}{sub {ital Z}}, using 110 pb{sup {minus}1} of data at {radical}{ital s}=1.8 TeV collected at the Collider Detector at Fermilab. The measured charge asymmetries are 0.43{plus_minus}0.10 in the invariant mass region {ital M}{sub {ital ee}}{approx_gt}105 GeV/{ital c}{sup 2}, and 0.070{plus_minus}0.016 in the region 75{lt}{ital M}{sub {ital ee}}{lt}105 GeV/{ital c}{sup 2}. These results are consistent with the Standard Model values of 0.528{plus_minus}0.009 and 0.052{plus_minus}0.002, respectively. {copyright} {ital 1996 The American Physical Society.}
