Search for the decay B {yields} D{sup *0} {gamma}

Using 2 fb{sup {minus}1} of {Upsilon}(4S) data taken with the CLEO II detector at CESR, the authors have looked for the decay, B {yields} D{sup *0}{gamma}. This radiative decay is important in understanding the W-exchange/annihilation diagram contributions and the long distance effects on the more exotic radiative penguin decays such as b {yields} s{gamma} and b {yields} d{gamma}.
