Using new data from the {Upsilon}(4s) resonance and nearby continuum e{sup +}e{sup {minus}} annihilation taken with the CLEO II detector at CESR, the authors have substantially improved the previous CLEO measurement of {Gamma}(D{sup +}{sub s} {yields} {mu}{sup +}{nu})/{Gamma}(D{sup +}{sub s} {yields} {phi}{pi}{sup +}).
