In this work a reversible process to creating nanocrystalline Fe{sub 73.5}Cu{sub 1}Nb{sub 3}Si{sub 13.5}B{sub 9} by annealing the amorphous ribbons was observed. The original amorphous ribbons of Fe{sub 73.5}Cu{sub 1}Nb{sub 3}Si{sub 13.5}B{sub 9} were annealed at 540 C and at 950 C respectively as well as melted at 1,200 C. Such prepared samples were milled in a vibrational ball mill under the vacuum. The exponential law for decreasing the crystal size with the milling time was observed. The bigger the amount of the amorphous rest in material, the shorter is the time of milling for obtaining the requested crystal size.
