This article concludes the broad-based investigation of the effects of fuel composition, catalysts, and control technology on emissions. The first portion of this article (June AE) began the description of the effects of gas reformulation and vehicle equipment on emissions. This continues the studies of the Auto-Oil Air Quality Improvement Research Program (AQIRP).
