Shock-wave synthesis of micron-sized diamonds from fullerenes

This study demonstrated that the technique of explosion compacting of copper-fullerite mixtures is undoubtedly promising for synthesizing diamonds of larger size. At present, the authors have virtually finished testing a rather efficient technique for freeing synthesized diamonds from unreached fullerites in synthesis products.
