For an explanation of superplastic deformation of metals many models were proposed allowing an explanation of a number of macroscopic characteristics of structural superplasticity (SP), such as dependence of stress on average size of grain, factors of high-speed sensitivity, high-speed interval of display of effect and some others. At the same time some experimental phenomenona of SP were studied, for example: cooperative grain-boundary sliding (CGBS), scale effect, effect of running neck. In the given work based on the physical model offered in a cited work, the synergetic model of effect of superplasticity is advanced and specific characteristic laws of SP are discussed.
