The paper presents the views of the National Energy Board, various interveners, and Westcoast Energy with regard to the setting of gas pipeline tolls on Westcoast`s transmission system in British Columbia and on the recovery of costs for two Westcoast expansion projects (Fort St John and Grizzly Valley). Key provisions of the negotiated settlement between Westcoast and its clients are outlined and the decision of the Board on the approval of interim and final tolls is included.
