This Explanation of Significant Differences (ESD) explains significant differences to the remedy selected in the Record of Decision (ROD) for the Site signed by the EPA Regional Administrator on August 2, 1993 (PB93-963925). EPA has determined that these changes to the selected remedy are necessary to implement the remedial action in an effective manner.
