Measurement of correlated {mu}-{bar {ital b}} jet cross sections in {ital p{bar p}} collisions at {radical}{ital s} =1.8 TeV

We report on measurements of differential {mu}-{bar {ital b}} cross sections, where the muon is from a semileptonic {ital b} decay and the {bar {ital b}} is identified using precision track reconstruction in jets. The semidifferential correlated cross sections {ital d}{sigma}/{ital d}{ital E}{sub {ital T}}{sup {ital {bar b}}}, {ital d}{sigma}/{ital d}{ital p}{sub {ital T}}{sup {ital {bar b}}}, and {ital d}{sigma}/{ital d}{delta}{phi}({mu}{minus}{bar {ital b}}) for {ital p}{sub {ital T}}{sup {mu}}{approx_gt}9 GeV/{ital c}, {parallel}{eta}{sup {mu}}{parallel}{l_angle}0.6,{ital E}{sub {ital T}}{sup {ital {bar b}}}{r_angle} 10 GeV, {parallel}{eta}{sup {ital {bar b}}}{parallel}{lt}1.5 are presented and compared to next-to-leading order QCD calculations. {copyright} {ital 1996 The American Physical Society.}
