In this paper we calculate the contributions to the branching ratio of {ital B}{r_arrow}{ital X}{sub {ital s}}{gamma} from the charged pseudo Goldstone bosons appearing in the one generation technicolor model. The current CLEO experimental results can eliminate a large part of the parameter space in the {ital m}({ital P}{sup {plus_minus}}){minus}{ital m}({ital P}{sub 8}{sup {plus_minus}}) plane, and specifically, one can put a strong lower bound on the masses of color octet charged PGB{close_quote}s {ital P}{sub 8}{sup {plus_minus}}: {ital m}({ital P}{sub 8}{sup {plus_minus}}){approx_gt}400 GeV at 90{percent} C.L. for free {ital m}({ital P}{sup {plus_minus}}). {copyright} {ital 1996 The American Physical Society.}
