We examine the magnetic field dependence of the muonium- ({mu}{sup +}{ital e}{sup -}) antimuonium ({mu}{sup -}{ital e}{sup +}) conversion in the models which accommodate the dilepton gauge bosons. The effective Hamiltonian for the conversion due to dileptons turns out to be in the ({ital V}-{ital A}){times}({ital V}+{ital A}) form and, as a consequence, the conversion probability is rather insensitive to the strength of the magnetic field. The reduction is less than 20{percent} for up to {ital B}{approx_equal}300 G an 33{percent} even in the large {ital B} limit. {copyright} {ital 1995 The American Physical Society.}
