A nuclear spin-filter polarimeter is being installed in the high voltage terminal of HIPIOS at the Indiana University Cyclotron Facility. It will be used to measure the polarization of protons and deuterons at a source extraction energy of 10 keV. The polarimeter installation is described briefly, and the results of calculations modeling its anticipated performance at IUCF are presented. {copyright} {ital 1995 American Institute of Physics.}
