This presentation discusses the ENDF format and its implication for experimental data. The effect of self-shielding on measured cross sections some call this effect transmission enhancement (to be explained). Additionally discussed: from experiment to evaluation. And finally, Processing “high energy resolution” transmission for URR evaluation.
