Phase transition behavior for ZrW{sub 2-x}Mo{sub x}O{sub 8} compositions at elevated temperatures

A systematical study on cubic ZrW{sub 2-x}Mo{sub x}O{sub 8} (x=0.73, 0.53, 0.33, 0.11) solid solutions reveals that their temperature-dependent phase transition behaviors are related to the Mo fraction x. A phase diagram of cubic ZrW{sub 2-x}Mo{sub x}O{sub 8} solid solutions has been drawn over a wide temperature range (298-1473 K) on the basis of the temperature-dependent phase transition behaviors observed.
