We study the H{sup +} ion swarm in He in hydrodynamic regime using Monte Carlo simulation. In a standard Monte Carlo simulation we follow the motion of a single ion through a very large number of collisions which are determined stochastically by using random number and monitor its velocity and position. Between collisions the ion trajectory is determined by classical equation for a charged particle moving under the influence of external electrostatic field, E. We report on four methods of simulation and one theoretical approach using moment method to get diffusion coefficients.
