This decision document presents the selected remedial action for the Carolawn (OU2) Superfund Site (the Site), located in Fort Lawn, Chester County, South Carolina. This remedy is the final action for the Site. In the absence of any significant source of contamination in the soil, surface water and sediment at the Site, the No Action alternative was selected as the preferred alternative to address the soil, surface water and sediment. In addition, a groundwater remedy has been selected under a Record of Decision for Carolawn (OU1).
