(i) The excited state of {sup 11}Li at E*{approx}1.3 MeV observed in the proton inelastic scattering was recently reinterpreted in terms of shakeoff mechanism with proton scattering on the {sup 9}Li-core. However, the observed peak has constant excitation energy along its kinematical locus. This fact represents the most important criterion of excited state. This constant energy contradicts to the shakeoff mechanism. (ii) Preliminary results of recent spectroscopic studies of {sup 7}He and {sup 7}H are reported. The excited state of {sup 7}He was observed (E*=2.9{+-}0.3 MeV, {gamma}=2.2{+-}0.3 MeV, {gamma}{sub {alpha}}/{gamma}{sub tot}=0.85{+-}0.15). This state has unexpected structure resulting in decay into the channel {alpha}+3n, but not into {sup 6}He+n. Hint on a possible existence of resonance {sup 7}H was obtained.
