Preliminary results on the study of e{sup +}e{sup -}{yields}{phi}(1020){yields}{pi}{sup 0}{pi}{sup 0}{gamma}, {eta}{pi}{sup 0}{gamma} processes from SND experiment at VEPP-2M collider in Novosibirsk are presented. Branching ratios of rare radiative {phi}{yields}{pi}{sup 0}{pi}{sup 0}{gamma} and {phi}{yields}{pi}{sup 0}{eta}{gamma} decays are measured: B({phi}{yields}{pi}{sup 0}{pi}{sup 0}{gamma})=(1.1{+-}0.2){center_dot}10{sup -4}(M{sub {pi}}{sub {pi}}<800 MeV),B({phi}{yields}{eta}{pi}{sup 0}{gamma})=(1.3{+-}0.5){center_dot}10{sup -4}.
