The experiments carried out with the SND detector at VEPP-2M e{sup +}e{sup -} collider are described. The total integrated luminosity, collected in the energy range around {phi}(1020) peak is about 4 pb{sup -1} and in the energy range 2E=1040-1400 MeV--6.5 pb{sup -1}. Preliminary results are presented for {phi}(1020) rare decays, including {phi}{yields}{eta}{sup '}{gamma},{omega}{pi}{sup o},{pi}{sup o}{pi}{sup o}{gamma},{eta}{pi}{sup o}{gamma}, and for {eta}(550) decays {eta}{yields}e{sup +}e{sup -},2{pi}{sup o}.
