A new and simple discription of the three-body scattering states, which is based on the Lippmann-Schwinger equation and the complex scaling method, is developed. As applications of this method, the energy distribution of the E1 transition strength for {sup 6}He is calculated. It is also shown that the correlations of subsystems in {sup 6}He are well reproduced.
