Energy levels of the A = 7 - 10 double {lambda} hypernuclei are predicted on the basis of an {alpha} + x + {lambda} + {lambda} four-body model, where x = n,p,d,t,3He and {alpha}, respectively. Furthermore, the binding energy of {sub {lambda}}{sub {lambda}}{sup 4}H is also discussed. We found that the {lambda}{lambda} - {xi}N coupling is important in the binding energy of {sub {lambda}}{sub {lambda}}{sup 4}H. Scattering problem of the uudds-barsystem, in the standard non-relativistic quark model is solved for the first time, by treating the large five-body modelspace including the NK scattering channel accurately with the Gaussian expansion method and the Kohn-type coupled-channel variational method.
