Conference ·
OSTI ID:191909

This paper describes the composition, functions, accomplishments and key learnings of the multi-company, multi-disciplinary team that is being used to develop the Point McIntyre field. Additionally, the team`s development of a common geologic description, log model, full-field model, and consensus field development plan is discussed. This paper demonstrates how, under certain circumstances, a multi-company, multi-disciplinary team can offer a cost effective alternative to more traditional joint-owner field development approaches.
