Measurement of Inclusive Jet and Dijet Cross Sections in Proton-Proton Collisions at 7 TeV Centre-of-Mass Energy with the ATLAS Detector

Dataset ·
CERN-LHC. Measurement of the inclusive and dijet cross sections in proton-proton collisions at a centre-of-mass energy of 7 TeV. The data sample has an integrated luminosity of 17 nb-1 and uses the anti-kt algorithm for jet identification, with cross sections given for two jet resolution parameters (R) of 0.4 and 0.6. The inclusive jet cross sections are presented as functions of the jet transverse momentum and rapidity and the dijet cross sections as functions of the dijet mass and the angular variable CHI, defined as exp(abs(y(jet1)-y(jet2))) where jet1 and jet2 are the leading (highest PT) jets.
