Hydrothermal crystallization is investigated in the systems Sb{sub 2}O{sub 3}-Me{sub 2}O{sub 3}-R-H{sub 2}O (Me = In, Sc, Y, La, Pr, Tb, Yb; R = KF, CsF, KHF{sub 2}), and the conditions of formation of single crystals of antimonides of the composition Me{sub 3}H{sub 5}O{sub 12}, where Me{sup III} = In, Sc, La, Pr, Tb, Yb, are analyzed. It is shown that the antimonides of elements of the third group are distinguished by phase transitions. Some of them have properties that are valuable for optical, ferroelectric, pyroelectric, and electroacoustic technologies.
