North Carolina Implementation Model: Enhancing Performance Contracting for K-12 Schools, Community College, and Local Governments

With funding from the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy State Energy Program’s Competitive Financial Assistance program, North Carolina successfully helped 30 local governments implement energy savings performance contracting projects that will result in more than $70 million in lifetime savings.
