OSTI ID:147442
The Baltimore Gas and Electric Company (BG&E) applied for a Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity (CPCN) to construct and operate additional generating capacity at its Perryman site in Harford County, Maryland. The focus of the environmental review is to evaluate potential impacts for the first combined cycle unit in detail, and evaluate potential impacts from the second unit in general to assess the suitability of the site for future generation capacity additions. This document presents the results of the environmental review analysis, and includes the State`s recommended license conditions for operating the first combined cycle unit, which the PSC incorporated into the CPCN.
