Multilevel Bayesian Inference for Cosmic Shear

The software implements a probabilistic hierarchical pipeline for inferring the gravitational lensing shears of galaxy images in the presence of noise, pixelated images, and astrophysical uncertainties. The distinct software components implement forward modeling of CCD images of galaxies and hierarchical inference of properties of the galaxy distribution and telescope Point Spread Functions (PSFs). We also include scripts to make diagnostic plots from the output files of each stage of the pipeline.
