The paper describes the structure and characteristics of a three-electrode high-pressure discharger with distorted field generating pulses with an energy of 20 kJ, a maximum voltage of 50 kV, and a current pulse height of 250 kA. The discharger`s intrinsic inductance is less than 10 nH.
