The spin structure of {sup 3}He

Faddeev calculations predict that the ground state spin of the {sup 3}He nucleus is dominated by the neutron. Recently, experiments at IUCF, Bates, Mainz, and SLAC have obtained for the first time experimental information on the {sup 3}He ground state spin-dependent momentum distribution and on the electromagnetic form factors of the neutron in {sup 3}He. The experiments are described and the data presented.
