New recommendations by the International Commission of Radiological Protection: Publication No. 60
In 1990 the International Commission on Radiological Protection (ICRP) made new basic recommendations - publication No. 60, in which the recommendations of publication No. 26 are re-examined and substantial changes are made. These changes were the subject of a study by IAEA, NEA OECD, and the regulatory agencies of many countries. The re-examination by ICRP of its own recommendations does not make it possible to use, without critical analysis, preceding documents concerning the principles and criteria of ICRP and IAEA.
