We reply to the Comment (preceding paper) by J.-M. Richard on our partial-wave analysis of low-energy {ital {bar p}p} scattering data [Phys. Rev. C 50, 48 (1994)], in which we determined for the first time the {ital {bar p}p} phase parameters.
