Comment on ``Antiproton-proton partial-wave analysis below 925 MeV/{ital c}``

We comment about a recent partial-wave analysis of nucleon-antinucleon scattering data by Timmermans, Rijken, and de Swart [Phys. Rev. C 50, 48 (1994)]. From simple counting arguments, we argue that it is presently impossible to determine the phase parameters.
