A Limited Theorem for a special class of interacting particle systems is proved. The Annihilating Particle model, the Branching Annihilating processes and the Branching Annihilating Random Walk are members of this class. The Theorem is then used to extend a result of Arratia about a limiting property of the Annihilating and Coalescing Particle models. The ergodicity and extinction of the one-dimensional Branching Annihilating Random Walk with jumping rate {alpha} {>=} 1 is proved.
